We're working with a modern, fully private dental practice in Kingston Upon Thames that is looking to welcome an experienced GDC Registered Dental Nurse to its growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a practice that prioritises quality patient care, longer appointment times and a relaxed working environment. If you're tired of back-to-back appointments, constant diary pressure and feeling rushed throughout the day, this role offers something different.

The practice operates at a calm pace, typically seeing no more than 10 patients per day, with approximately one patient scheduled per hour. This allows the clinical team to focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a positive and enjoyable working environment.

he Role

As a key member of the clinical team, you'll support clinicians in delivering high-quality care to private and plan patients while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside dental nursing support
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• Supporting patient journeys and comfort
• Managing clinical records and compliance procedures
• Assisting with practice administration and organisation
• Working closely with clinicians and colleagues to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Ideally you will have:

• GDC Registration
• Around 3 years' dental nursing experience or more
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• A reliable and professional approach
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to support the practice when needed
