Dental Practice Manager - West Byfleet

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the practice, ensuring compliance, team performance, efficient diary management and excellent service standards across both clinical and reception functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice
• Support and lead both clinical and non-clinical team members
• Manage staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding and appraisals
• Ensure the practice maintains CQC and regulatory compliance standards
• Monitor key performance indicators and support business objectives
• Optimise appointment books and diary utilisation
• Manage reception and front-of-house operations
• Support financial performance and administrative processes
• Handle patient queries and help maintain excellent patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous dental practice management experience preferred
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Good understanding of compliance and practice operations
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
